  • We deliver orders to every city and region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • An order arrives within 5 days at most of being received, printing time included.
  • The time may differ in exceptional circumstances such as public holidays or pressure on the carriers.
  • We work with trusted local carriers to keep delivery fast.
  • When an order ships, the customer receives a tracking number to follow the shipment directly.
  • The shipping cost is calculated automatically when the order is created and shown clearly before it is deducted from the wallet.
  • We offer preferential rates through our partnerships with the carriers.
  • Fees may differ by the chosen carrier and delivery method.
  • Every shipment gets 3 delivery attempts from the carrier.
  • If the customer has not received the order after these attempts, the order is cancelled and its value is not refunded.
  • The customer is responsible for entering a correct address and a working mobile number so that delivery succeeds.
  • All our products are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been fulfilled.
  • Compensation or a reprint happens only when the fault is ours, such as a printing defect or damage to the product.
  • When the fault is ours: we reprint and reship for free, or refund the amount paid, depending on the case.
  • A complaint must be raised within 10 days of receiving the order, with photos that show the problem.
