Getting started
- How much do I need to start?
- Nothing. You sign up for free and get SAR 30 of welcome credit.
- Do I need a commercial registration?
- You can start with a free account. To connect your store and receive orders we ask you to verify your identity with a commercial registration or a freelance licence.
- Do I need ready-made designs?
- Upload your design as PNG, JPG or SVG. If you have no design yet, start with a simple text or logo.
Prices and profit
- How do I make money?
- You set the selling price in your store. On every order we deduct the product and shipping cost from your wallet, and the rest is your profit.
- How much do the products cost?
- From SAR 30 for the tote bag and SAR 45 for the T-shirt. Every price is on the products page.
- What is the wallet?
- A prepaid balance the cost of each order is deducted from. You top it up by bank transfer; the minimum is SAR 10.
- Is there a monthly subscription or a minimum order?
- No. No subscription and no minimum; you only pay the cost of the order.
Orders and delivery
- How long does delivery take?
- 5 days at most to any city in Saudi Arabia.
- Who pays for shipping?
- The shipping fee of an order is deducted from your wallet according to the carrier, and you decide what to charge your customer in your store.
- Will my customer know the printing is by B7R Print?
- No. The parcel and the shipping label carry your store name only.
- What if the product arrives faulty?
- If the fault is ours, we reprint and reship for free or refund the amount, provided you tell us within 10 days of delivery with photos.
Stores and connections
- Which stores can I connect?
- Salla, Zid and Shopify, and connecting is free.
- How does the connection work?
- Through a secure authorisation from inside your store in one click, without sharing any sensitive data.
- Can I connect more than one store?
- Yes, connect more than one store on more than one platform from the same account.
