A price is not a number you pick out of thin air, and it is not the most the market will bear. A good price covers your cost, leaves you a profit worth the effort, and still convinces your customer when they compare.

Start from the base cost

At B7R Print the base cost of the essential T-shirt is SAR 45, the oversized T-shirt SAR 55 and the hoodie SAR 95. That cost covers the product, the print and the packaging; it does not cover shipping and tax. Write it down first, because everything above it is your profit.

Add shipping and tax

Shipping within the Kingdom is deducted from your wallet with every order, and tax is calculated according to your store's status. If your store offers free shipping, build its cost into the price instead of taking it out of your profit later.

Set the margin

The practical rule: start from the suggested price in the app, which is built on a margin that suits new brands. The suggested price for the essential T-shirt is SAR 89, an estimated profit of SAR 44 per piece. The oversized T-shirt is SAR 119 and the hoodie SAR 189. Raise the margin when your design is distinctive or your audience is loyal.

Test, then adjust

Show the product at the suggested price for two weeks, then look at the purchase rate. If demand is high, raise the price a little and watch; if it is weak, review the design before you lower the price. Permanent discounts teach your customer to wait.

A quick calculator

Your profit per piece = selling price − base cost − shipping. Try the numbers in the profit calculator on the home page before you publish the product, and read how the service works if this is your first time.
